Happy Mommy's Day Part 2

Hope you all mommies are having a swell time. I would like to dedicate the song below to all of you. Enjoy!

While we are on this subject, I would like to share with you a movie called "After Thomas". Auntie Pups told me about this show some time back, but I only got to watch it yesterday.

It is a true story about a mother's love for her autistic child and the challenges she and her husband had to face. The best part is of course the golden retriever in the movie!!! Be prepared to shed some tears, my mommy's eyes were both swollen after she watched it. Very heartwarming and it gives a great insight into the lives of autistic children and their families. I totally recommend it!!!

Happy Mommy's Day!!!

To all the mothers, Godmothers, grandmothers and doggie mommies out there,
We celebrate you today! Thank you for being our mommies!!!

Ashley and Mommy in a TV commercial!!!

Two weeks before they left for Hong Kong, Ashley and Mom got the job for a Johnson's Baby Cream TV Ad. The commercial is airing in China right now and we are very excited to share it with all of you.

When Ashley was 10 months old, she did her first TV commercial for Amway, check out the clip below and see if you can spot her.

Coming up next: A trip to the park!

Happy Mother's Day!!!

Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful Mothers and Grandmothers out there! Apologies for disappearing for one whole month and making some of you worried for us. We are all very fine, just a little busy and lazy to blog.

Today is a special day for Mom, she did not get any carnations, but Dad took her out for a nice lunch. They went to Huang Ting Restaurant 皇廷大飯店, it is a very oriental looking restaurant with a nice tea house.

The place was packed and we were seated in their tea house instead, which was nice and quiet.

That's Ms Ashley at the entrance of the tea house.

There is a lovely Koi pond outside.

Here's the interior of the tea house, it does look quaint doesn't it?

Here is Ms Ashley again sitting on a carved wooden chair.

This is what Dad and Mom ate and Ashley had rice noodles for the first time today!

Let me introduce the dishes to you. This is a pot of nutritious chicken soup with wild mushrooms.

Here's a plate of sweet potato leaves.

A bowl of yummy rice noodles that Ashley loves.

Fried Prawns coated with salted egg yolk.

Beef fried with peppers.

And finally, Ashley's first mother's day gift for Mom: She held her own bottle and drank her milk so that Mom could enjoy her lunch. Good girl, Ashley!

I hope all you mommies are having a great time with your family. Mommies are the BEST!!!

Things have finally slowed down a little. I will be back with my long overdue updates!

Happy Birthday to Mommy!

Three weeks ago, Mom's birthday was spent quietly in Singapore. Our good friends, Augie and Ti dedicated a "Purple People Eater" video to her and made her laughed so hard! Thanks for making her day extra special.

Little Kimba sent a lovely birthday greeting too! Thank you so much, sweet Kimba!

When she came back to Taipei, there was a package waiting for her! I have a feeling there is something in there for me.

I was right!

Yay!

A new toy!

That looks interesting!

The princess in Mom's tiara.

The princess with her pacifier and Mom's tiara.

The princess is snoozing...

How do I look?

Boys look good in tiaras too!

What fun pressies! Thank you Augie and Ti! We had a great time posing for the pics!

Here's a cute pic of the little munchkin.

She surprised Mom when she turned over by herself on her tummy a few days ago, We will be posting a video on that on our next post! Have a great day everyone!

Someone has been hogging the computer...

If you all have been wondering why I have not been posting about my adventures or visiting your blogs, please don't blame me, blame it on Mom!

She has just started a blog shop with Aunty Beh and she has been spending way too much time on it. Grrrr!!! It's called Spree is Fun It is an online store specializing in shopping sprees from Taiwan to Singapore.

Right now, there is an ongoing spree on Photo Dog Tags.

Don't they just look adorable? I am sure you can't wait to get your paws on one!

So all you doggies in Singapore, ask your parents to get one for you! I will be sure to let you all know if there are any other exciting doggy stuff coming up.

I have to get Mom out of the house before she hogs more! Meanwhile, have a fabulous weekend!

Shall we dance?

This video was made specially for my friends at The Gold Post who are always very encouraging and supportive towards us.

Mom had wanted to take up some canine freestyle lessons with me, but they were postponed, so she decided to practice some moves at home. Dancing with dogs is great for the human-canine bond. Just look at Carolyn Scott and Rookie, we hope to be like them one day.

Mom's Creation: Gingerbread Woman

It was a boring afternoon and Mom decided to give Gingerbread Man a companion. She decided to be creative and used her old t-shirt to make Gingerbread Woman.

Here is the finished product!

She turned out taller than Gingerbread Man!!!!

Seriously Mom! She looks more like a voodoo doll!

Gingerbread Man has been with me for 3 months already, but I am sad to report that Gingerbread Woman lasted only five days. Sorry Mom, do you have another old t-shirt?

Happy Mommy's Day!!!

Woohoo! Someone delivered a parcel!

It smells like it is for me!

Quick! Mom! Open it!

Wow! What an exquisite looking present.

Oh! It's the Classic Chocolate Cake from Black as Chocolate that Dad ordered for Mom for Mother's Day. Look at all the dark chocolate!!!! I am drooling already!

On the box, there is a little story about classic chocolate and instructions for taking the cake out.

As usual, another photo opportunity!

It smells awesome! Can I take a bite please?

The cake came with some cute Devil's Forks and paper plates.

Dad helped mom to cut the rich chocolate cake!

I couldn't have any of it, but mom said it was yummy!

To all wonderful Mommies out there:
Happy Mother's Day and have a great day today, you deserve it!
