I will always be ten!

Hello Family and Friends!!! Hope you are all well and happy! February is always a special month for me because my birthday falls on that month. I would have turned 11 on 11th of February this year, but since I have departed for the Rainbow Bridge, I shall always be 10 years young! Anyway, I managed to meet up with my friends at the Bridge and we all had a blast on my birthday! Life is good here, you know?

Mom has finally uploaded my 10th year birthday celebration video on YouTube. Duh! It's a year late, but better late than never, she says! It was a very fun celebration with my loved ones, Daddy, Mummy, my two Grandmas, Auntie Ellen and Ashley. Niu Niu (Jack Russell Cross), Grandma's dog also turned 10 years old last year and joined us for my birthday picnic at the beach. We were all thrilled to have her because she has never swam in the sea before. I was also very happy to have Amanda, Uncle Jack and Auntie Jenny with us at the beach! It was a lovely sunny day at Tanjong Beach in Sentosa and we had loads of fun! I also want to say a big thank you to Auntie Ellen for the yummiest carrot cake!

First Pool Trip in Hong Kong!

It has been almost a year since I last went to the pool! Remember all my wonderful swimming holidays when I was in Taiwan? How I missed getting wet!

I was delighted when I got invited to Fa Fa Family's Poolside Birthday Party. It was held yesterday at Pets Park (大埔寵物寶寶娛樂城), the pool is not as big as the ones I have been to in Taiwan, but well at least I did get to have some fun in the water and some very yummy birthday treats. Swimming @ Sunny Dog Again!!!

It was a bright and sunny day on Saturday and we all decided that it was just perfect for swimming! So, off we go to Sunny Dog again!!!

Bernie Lil' Pups is one of my most favorite person in the world!

When she came to visit, I had to take her to Sunny Dog, my favorite doggy pool!

What a wonderful time we had!

To the Doggy Pool again!

The weather last Saturday was perfect and we decided to go swimming at Sunny Dog again!


We went around lunch time and Dad and Mom had something to eat first.


We met a couple of Mountain Bernese dogs there. Here's one looking very smart in his life jacket.


I have gained more confidence now and did not need much encouragement to enter the pool.


It was also fun running up and down the sides of the pool.


I did lots of fetching with my favorite yellow ball.


I also swam together with a fellow golden.


Dad entered the pool with me too!


There was a whole lot of shaking going on.


The pool was getting really crowded in the afternoon and we decided to get a bath before everyone starts to queue for the shower rooms.


All dry and fluffy again! That was one great workout!

Swimming with Howler

Woohoo! I finally got my computer back! Now, I can start updating you all about my adventures. First, let me tell you about my swimming trip with Howler on Boxing Day last year. It was a little cold and drizzling, but when the rain stopped, we decided to go for it. I was still a little afraid of the water and it took me a while to warm up. Howler on the other hand was a natural! Hope you all enjoy this video clip:

Thanks everyone for your concern, I am feeling a lot better today. I have not pooped since morning, I guess the medicine is working very well. Since I stayed at home all day today, I will tell you about my swimming trip earlier this month.



This time, we went to Sunny Dog (愛狗夢樂園), another doggy swimming pool similar to the one I went on my Miaoli trip. Sunny Dog is just half an hour drive from home and I think it's going to be my favorite haunt when the weather is good.

When we were there, a Maltese was celebrating his birthday and he gave me two slices of his birthday cake. Yummy! It is a wonderful place to have a party, I hope I can have my third birthday party here!

Many thanks to Belle's Dad for teaching Daddy to shield my eyes from the sides so that I stop trying to swim to the sides of the pool to get out. That is one great tip and really help me succeed in swimming. Thank you so much!
