High Five!
He will have to master "shake hand" before he can proceed to "high five". You just have to put your opened palm to his eye level. Remember what I have mentioned about him reacting to your hand movement? If you have a small dog, do not lift your palm too high. Once he has mastered "High Five", you can proceed to lift both palms and he will be able to do a "High Ten"!
