Granny and Auntie Beh's Visit

Granny and Auntie Beh were here to visit last week, they did not get to go out very much due to the typhoon, but they did get to spend a lot of time with Ashley and I.

Here is a short clip of Ashley sleeping. As you can see, she is a very noisy baby, she makes all sorts of funny noises when she sleeps.

Update on Typhoon Morakot:
Big thank you to those of you who dropped us messages to check on us. We are all very fine and safe in Taipei which is located up north of Taiwan, however the folks further south of Taiwan were badly affected. It has been a week since Typhoon Morakot, many lives were lost and houses were damaged. The weather has not been good for the past few days and this has been hampering the rescue efforts. Many people are still waiting to be saved from the disaster. Please cross your paws for The Taiwanese victims of this terrible typhoon and pray that they get reunited with their loved ones and have their lives back to normal soon.

Thank you for the update! Dino looks very serious, I think... Is he taking his roll as guardian to Ashley very seriously?

Hello Dino,

How are you doing? Sorry we have not visited you for a while. Eh...dude, you look naked without the fur? Skin problems?

Anyway, you look like a proud big brother and Ashley is so cute. Are you planning to impart your agility skills to her when she grows bigger?

Love,
Homer

Dino, where is your signature big smile? You look so gloomy. Your baby sister Ashley is really a cutie pie.

Haha, baby Ashley "sleeping concert" sounds like a relaxing music.
Look at her, she looked up to her Granny many times, beautiful and intelligent baby girl!
Dino, you must give your baby sister tons of kisses every day, scoot over Dino, may we sniff and lick her now, please?
Love ya!

Please, don't shave the hair off your dog again. That hair is there for protection. Also, if you shave your dog too often there is a good chance that the hair won't grow back in an even manner and will come back spotty and patchy. Shaving a dog in the summer is not a good thing to do.

Hee! hee! I had to laugh at the comments about you looking sad, Dino...that is what I look like all the time! That is just because when we close our mouths, our lips droop like that - but you usually have your mouth open so you always look happy and smiling! :-) I look serious and sad even when I AM happy!! (add the wrinkles and I look very sad AND confused...the perfect look to wrangle treats out of soft=hearted humans! Shame that Hsin-Yi is so cold-hearted!)
